To return a product from an online order, you must submit a Return Authorization Request.
At Irwin Ribera, we choose our products for their quality and craftsmanship. Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we’ll gladly offer you an exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery.
If you would like to exchange or return an item that you have received in the last 30 days, you will need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 5 business days.
Please note that items shipped back to us without a RMA number will not be accepted. All items must be returned in their original (unused) condition enclosed in the original packaging. We cannot not accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear.
If you need to return an item that was included as part of our free shipping promotions, the refund you receive will be for the item price minus the standard shipping cost for that piece. Standard shipping costs are based on item prices as outlined within our Shipping Information.
We ship items that conform to the samples we display on our website; however, variations are a normal part of the production process. Our products will be free from defects in material and workmanship that materially impair the use of the product.
Our limited warranty does not cover:
- normal wear and tear
- product variations
- defects or damage occurring due to, or following, product modification
- damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligent treatment of merchandise
Our limited warranty is void if repairs or modifications have been attempted by any person without our consent. This limited warranty provides your exclusive remedy for any defective product.
WEB ORDER RETURNS
Any return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
All returns must be approved prior to return. Please complete an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) request form. Click here to download PDF.
Your return request will be reviewed for approval. Once approved, you will be given an RMA number with a list of returned items and shipping instructions.
All returns must be properly packaged with original packaging (unless otherwise instructed), clearly labeled with the approved RMA#. Items must be shipped within five (5) business days of receipt of shipping documents.
DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please follow the steps below for a smooth return/replacement process.
Within five (5) business days of delivery:
- Fully examine goods upon delivery.
- Save all packaging materials with respect to damaged or defective goods.
- Contact us and provide a photograph showing the damage or defect.
We will, at our option, repair or replace the item. Damaged and/or defective item(s) must be received back to Irwin Ribera before any replacements can be issued. For all returned products, use only the shipping documents provided by Irwin Ribera. Shipping reimbursement will not be made for use of non-authorized shipments. All returns must be properly packaged with original packaging (unless otherwise instructed), clearly labeled with the correct RMA# and scheduled for pickup within five (5) business days of receipt of shipping documents.
Claims for damage to products that do not arise from defects in material or workmanship are the responsibility of the carrier. If the shipment arrives with visible exterior damage (crushed box, broken crate, moisture, etc.) note the damage in writing on the carrier’s delivery receipt before you sign for the shipment and release the delivery driver. A claim for shipping damages will not be accepted by Irwin Ribera unless the damages are noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt. Within five (5) business days of receipt, you must:
- SAVE ALL PACKAGING UNTIL CLAIM IS RESOLVED.
