FAQs

PLACING AN ORDER

Customers can purchase products by creating an account or simply checkout without an account. We require full payment for the order, plus taxes and shipping costs (if applicable), prior to shipment.

If you have any questions about a product or the checkout process, you can contact customer service for assistance. You can place orders through customer service as well.

 

CANCELING AN ORDER

Generally, orders take about 24 hours to process. Notify customer service immediately, if you want to cancel an order.

If your order has not been processed, we can cancel your order and no payment would have gone through. If we already processed your order but have not shipped, we can cancel your order by refunding your total payment. If you order has been shipped, we arrange an RMA and you must return the purchased items before we can process a refund.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

Currently, we ship anywhere in the Unites States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to Canada. Please see Shipping Information page for details on rates and policies.

 

SHIPPING NOTIFICATION

When your order is nearing completion, we will notify you via email  prior to shipment and provide you with a tracking number.

 

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

You should inspect all items for damage prior to signing. Signature of receipt constitutes full acceptance of all packages stated on the bill of lading or electronic clipboard in undamaged condition. You are responsible for all shipping and return charges for any shipment that is refused.

We shall not be liable for delay in shipment for any cause, nor shall any delay entitle you to cancel any order after it has shipped or refuse delivery.

Delivery may occur in multiple lots depending upon availability of the products constituting an order. Our standard shipping rate will be the same regardless of multiple shipments.

 

PRODUCT VARIATIONS

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

We ship items that conform to the samples we display on our website; however, variations are a normal part of the production process. Our products will be free from defects in material and workmanship that materially impair the use of the product.
